SYF

Omg, SYF is in 2 days’ time! Cn you believe it? We were still like “it’s still so far away” and now it’s here in the blink of an eye!
Okay, we MUST at least get a gold this year before I leave. OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG.
Oh, and we only have to report to school on Tuesday (actual SYF day) at 1030am instead of 720!
That’s because we need to have ample rest the day before, `cause our SYF’s at 450pm, and we would be drained of our energy if we report to school at the usual timing.

Okay, now I’m gonna start describing my trip to town, Bugis and Marina with Kaiwen. Happy reading.

After going to IMM, we decided to take 1o5 to Orchard! But we went to the wrong bus stop.
I was scared of the overhead bridge so I ‘brisk walked’ past it. =x
Legs were sore (Kaiwen : 2.5-inch heel, Me : 3.5-inch heel) so sat down.
Took the bus and gossiped.
Went to Wisma, walk walk then bought some items.
Went to Bugis.
Raining heavily. So we went to have our dinner at The Soup Spoon at 415pm. -.-!
Then we wanted to get something back at Wisma, so took the train back.
Took wrong train! We realised it when we were ao Toa Payoh, so changed train.
Bought the items, then went to Marina and bought a Rip Curl wallet for Da Jie for her birthday.
Loved another one, but it costs $59.00.

Fudge-y

I made Fudge Candy! And a mess in the kitchen. HOHO!
The instructions said ‘heat the mixture in the microwave for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes and heat for another 4 to 5 minutes’.
So I thought there was some typo error which was supposed to be ‘heat the mixture for 3 mintues, stir and heat for another 4 – 5 minutes’. -.-
And in the end, the mixture bubbled and overflowed a bit and I quickly stopped the microwave and cleaned up the mixture T.T
Oh, and the mixture (evaporated milk + lots of sugar + 1/4 teaspoon salt) turned like chao da after the second heating!
And it smelled damn sweet, LOL!
Okay anyway, it was damn messy in the later part `cause the mixture solidifies quickly but I had to mix tons of things into it.
Mixture solidifying fully in fridge now. -.-

School.

Yes! I got 23/25 for my Rates of Change test!
I know my class is VERY VERY slow, but whatever!
Okay, nth much to talk about today, just that I used up six oranges such that I was able to make ONE cup of orange juice for myself. -.-

Heh heh, I’m posting again! (bored)
Hmm, for most of the day, I’ve been thinking of what way I should apply the eyeshadow on SYF day
(I, tgt with 9 others, are supposed to help the other girls apply them. I think.).
Grrr! I went to Youtube to search on applying eyeshadow and I found a classy way,
but it’s like so damn dangerous lah!
And I don’t have the colours (turquiose, yucks) to ‘experiment’, therefore, I didn’t try
WOOSH!

Oh, and we took the Rates of Change class test today (which 4E3 took LAST MONTH).
I realised we’re really really slow in Additional Mathematics ;
4E3′s already doing INTEGRATION and we’ve still got 2 more Chapters to go before starting on that Topic.
Like Wtfreak??? ARGH.
Wait. Maybe a slower pace would be better.

Today we did recording of our passages in the Comp Lab, but my mic. refused to work (i thought it was the audacity programme’s prob in the first place)!
Oh ya, I realised that Guin is prepared to be an ang moh liao ; she spells programme, ‘program’.
Haha!

Finally back.

Haven’t been posting these few weeks `cause life was quite boring as usual ; school, school, school. Of course, and home.

So, I still have nothing to post -.-

Okay, I know it may sound like I’m so old-fashioned to actually like songs that are 1 or 2 generations up but, WHO CARES.
He really can sing well, okay! And I really DO prefer listening to oldies `cause I think oldies are sung are much better than 1/2 of the songs we listen to now (of course, i listen to songs of my generation!).
